The Public Service Commission says that the doctors found responsible for the death of 5 year old Shavneet Kumar, can be handed their termination letter if found guilty.
Speaking to Fijivillage, PSC Chairman Rishi Ram confirmed Shavneet's case is a very serious one, but they will have to deliberate before deciding on any actions.
The hearing of the 4 Doctors will begin next Monday.
Kumar died at the CWM hospital after being in coma for 8 days. He was brought to hospital for the treatment of a fractured arm.
