Police are looking for unknown people who broke into a doctor's house in Lautoka and stole more than $10,000 cash.
Divisional Crime Officer Western SP Vijay Singh has confirmed that the doctor was in his surgery when the break-in took place yesterday afternoon.
Thieves also stole other items including some legal documents.
Police are calling for information about the break-in which might lead to the arrests of the people involved.
