Suva Magistrates Court today told a Suva Doctor to pay $300 in fines for driving his vehicle under the influence of liqour.
Magistrate Amani Rokotuinaviti has also disqualified the 28yr- old, Ashwin Chand from driving for the next three months.
It is alleged that on the 17th of October, 2006, Chand drove a private car under the influence of liquor at Victoria Parade.
He was later stopped at a breathalyzer stop and Police established that he had 136.4 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.
He was arrested and taken to Central Police Station.
