This is one of the recommendations made by the International Monetary Fund (IMF)team to government at the conclusion of their two week meeting in the country, which was presented to Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama yesterday.

IMF's Asia and Pacific Department Division Chief Ray Brooks said while the civil service reform is aimed at reducing government expenditure, there is a danger that the sweeping reforms will result in the loss of experienced workers.
