A non-governmental organization has called on the National Council for Building a Better team to also provide a copy of the 1997 Constitution to the members of the public together with the copy of draft People's Charter.
FEMLINK Director, Sharon Bhagwan Rolls said many reforms had been proposed in the draft and people need to compare the constitution and the draft charter and decide themselves whether changes are made in the 1997 Constitution.
According to her, one other reason could be that many people in the country still do not know what's in the constitution and there is a need for greater awareness.
