A family dispute turned into tragedy in Rokoroko, Ra, last night after a 25 year old man allegedly set fire to his house.
The three bedroom house belonged to the man’s grandfather who had allowed him to live there with his wife.
Divisional Crime Officer Western ASP Luke Rawalai said the couple had an argument last night, after which the husband is alleged to have poured kerosene inside his house and set it alight.
The man has been taken into custody and will be charged once the Police and the National Fire Authority investigations are completed.
