A 26 year old PWD Carpenter appeared in Court this morning for Drunk and disorderly behavior in public.
The Suva Magistrates Court heard that on the 13th of March this year, Manoa Leca was arrested for swearing at a Police Constable in Cumming Street Police Post.
Magistrate Ellice Hudson taking into account the fact that he was a first offender and that he has two children and was the sole breadwinner, told him not re-offend.
Leca has been released on a $50 bail and to appear again in Court on the 5th of August.
