With three days left for the New Year, the Fiji Teachers Union General Secretary said this year has been a disappointment for the union and they had to face various challenges.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Agni Deo Singh said COLA payment was refused and the interim Government failed in its duties being the largest employer.
He added and hopes that next year will bring in some changes.
Meanwhile, similar sentiments were echoed by Fijian Teachers Association General Secretary Maika Namudu.
