It is highly likely that tomorrow’s Digicel Cup final will not be the last one as Digicel Fiji’s sponsorship comes to an end later this year.
In a press conference today, Digicel Fiji CEO Maurice McCarthy said they are looking at continuing their support to Fiji rugby.
Meanwhile, Nadroga will run into Lawaqa Park tomorrow in the Digicel Cup final against Suva with two outside players leading the side.
Setefano Somoca from Natokalau village in Bua will be the Stallions captain while Apisalome Waqatabu who hails from Naividamu in Macuata will be his assistant.
Former Flying Fijians captain Somoca said it’s an honor for both of them to lead the Stallions knowing they are both from Vanua Levu.
Former Nadroga skipper Dale Tonawai will captain Suva.
Defending champion Nadroga will host Suva at 3:30pm tomorrow at Lawaqa Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station VITI FM.
