In light of the announcement that the Interim Government is expected to provide two new companies with mobile licenses next week, DIGICEL, one of the major players in the field said they are waiting for more instructions on the next move.
DIGICEL Business Development Manager, Thomas Underwood said at this point in time, DIGICEL is happy that the telecommunications sector has opened up to new competitors in the market, following the signing of the deed by the Interim Government and the Amalgamated Telecom Holdings on Thursday.
