Having only four years left to live is a hard idea to grasp and this can be lengthened by the Dialysis Centre at the Fiji Kidney Foundation.

The Foundation, located in the CWM Hospital and which started five months ago in March, has a total of seven systems which services over 40 patients three times a week.

Speaking to Fijivillage, sister in charge at the Centre, Sister Kushmalti Dass said the youngest patient at the Centre is a 24 year old unemployed man who was given only four years to live by doctors and at the moment is getting ready for a transplant.
