Many people, who are being diagnosed with diabetes, hide it from their loved ones.
Those are the words of Fiji Medical General Practitioners Association President Doctor Wahid Khan, who said that this is common amongst the male population, as they tend to hide their condition from their families and go on with their life as normal.
Doctor Khan said that those diagnosed with diabetes should take it seriously, as ignorance can be deadly.
