The wife of deported Fiji Times publisher Evan Hannah has today asked the Interim Government and those responsible for her husband's deportation to come forward. She is also demanding answers as to why he was forcefully removed from the country.
Speaking to FijiVillage today, Dr. Katarina Tuinamuana revealed that the she was still in shock at the way he was removed from their family home.
Tuinamuana also said that the incident had not only affected her, it had also disrupted the daily life of their young son and that of her parents and sister.
A group of immigration officials visited Hannah's home at about 7 o'clock on Thursday night and told him that they had a deportation order for him and they had to take him to Nadi.
However, the Interim Defence Minister Ratu Epeli Ganilau today made it clear that he would not be making any further statements with regards to the Evan Hannah case.
