Hannah's deportation makes a mockery of what the interim government had earlier said on media freedom.
These are the words of Fiji Women's Rights Movement’s Executive Director Virisila Buadromo who said FWRM is appalled at the recent incident and added the interim administration is contradicting itself.
Buadromo also said the interim regime is going against what Interim Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama has reported to have said that his government will uphold media freedom.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Human Rights Commission has referred all queries to the Ministry of Information and the Attorney General's Office.
