Democracy is not only through parliament.
While reacting to questions posed that people and majority of the political parties want parliamentary democracy first and changes to be decided by an elected government, the Head of the NCBBF's Technical Support Secretariat, John Samy said this is incorrect.
Samy said it’s easy to criticise but people should think of moving Fiji forward.
