This is after the Land Transport Authority in their monthly operation booked 17 bus drivers for not issue tickets to their passengers.
Media officer Eroni Volavola said this is a worrying trend and added LTA will continue with the operations monthly.
Meanwhile, in the checks carried out from the 2nd to the 13th of this month, 96 people were booked for not using seatbelts, 45 drivers for not following basic road rules and 6 taxi drivers for improper use of taxi meters.
