The President of the Fiji Bus Operators Association is calling on passengers to claim for a ticket when boarding a bus.
Zane Dean said this concept is legal and it must be followed to avoid any dispute or misunderstanding between drivers and passengers.
Meanwhile Dean said while addressing the Association at the annual general meeting last Saturday that the success of bus operators will depend on having a strong Association where industry problems and solutions can be discussed.
