A 11-man delegation from the Methodist Church of Fiji visited Lomanikoro, Rewa yesterday to traditionally inform the Marama na Roko Tui Dreketi of Goverment's decision to call off the Annual Methodist Conference scheduled for later this month.

The delegation was led by former Methodist Church President - Reverend Laisiasa Ratabacaca, accompanied by Taukei Navo - Ratu Meli Saukuru and some senior executives and church officials,

Meanwhile, Methodist Church Assistant Secretary - Reverend Tevita Nawadra stated earlier on Friday they had a meeting with the Prime Minister and members of the Military Council last week, to discuss options that the Church Standing Committee will discuss, to replace the format of the Church conference.
