France based Filimoni Delasau and Japan based Semisi Naevo are likely to get the nod to captain the Digicel Fiji Sevens team at the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament in Dubai next week.
When Coach Iliesa Tanivula took charge of the team from Waisale Serevi, he appointed Vereniki Goneva and Etonia Naba as co-captains for the IRB World Sevens Series in Wellington and San Diego.
It is expected he will do the same for the World Cup when he announces his final 12-men team tomorrow in Sigatoka.
Tanivula, after today's training run at Lawaqa Park said Delasau and Naevo have good leadership qualities on-and-off the field.
He was also impressed with Peni Rokodiva Junior and said he could become the youngest member of the team to travel to Dubai.
Rugby League convert Waisale Suka, could also have his dream of playing at the World Cup Sevens come true as Tanivula is impressed with Suka's commitment so far.
