Digicel Fiji Sevens player Filimoni Delasau said he was disappointed with the attitude of senior players from the Lomaiviti team at the Marist Sevens and when they took on the young Fiji Warriors in the Cup final

Speaking on Viti-FM, Delasau said it really hurt him to hear and see that, despite the way the young Fiji team played against Lomaiviti in the Fiji Bitter Marist Sevens last Saturday, the boys were sworn at and booed at during the match.

He said some of his former team mates who he played with once were in the Lomaiviti team, they were the ones who should have set the example, for the young boys to learn from.

Delasau who is expected to be named as co-captain said the local based players named in the squad have a long way to go and they stand a good chance of coming back with the Melrose Cup.
