Two members of the Digicel Fiji Sevens team have been named in the 7 top players out of the 24 team's that could shine at the rugby World Cup Sevens tournament in Dubai.

The players are France based Filimoni Delasau and Napolioni Nalaga with England's Isoa Damudamu, New Zealand's DJ Forbes, South Africa's Gio Aplon, France's Julien Malzieu and USA's Takudzwa Ngwenya.

Delasau who was rated as the best winger in the 2007 15s RWC is very quick and elusive and his return to the Fiji Sevens team will ensure the team will be competitive to the end while Nalaga is rated as the potential to be the new Jonah Lomu in Dubai and will be Fiji's go to man when they need to make ground and draw defenders.

England's Damudamu is another player who is expected to make his name this weekend after his decisive try gave them victory in the Wellington Sevens final.

The Rugby World Cup tournament officially kicks off early tomorrow at 1am with the opening match between Zimbabwe and Wales.

On the opening day tournament, all the 24 teams will play a match each while tomorrow evening they complete all their pool games with quarterfinals, semifinals and final to be played from Saturday evening, going into early hours of Sunday morning.
