Digicel Fiji 7's coach Iliesa Tanivula faces two mammoth task ahead of the next IRB sanctioned tournament in George next weekend after failing to New Zealand 19-nil in the semifinal in Dubai this morning.

Tanivula watched his side been demolished in the set pieces especialy during the scrums and also failed to defend their line against the Kiwis who used the experince of captain DJ Forbes and playmaker Tomasi Cama Jnr to create opportunity for Zar Lawrence to cross the Fiji line on two occassion.

With coach Gordon Tietjens barking out the game plan from the sideline, New Zealand attacked mostly on where William Ryder and Osea Kolinisau were standing and both players failed to come with first time tackle which allowed New Zealand to dominate the game.

Tietjens knowing the weakness in the Fiji team then directed his side to use the width of the ground on the second half and launched the attack where Ryder was standing.

New Zealand went on to win the final defeating Samoa 24-12 and also their first win in the IRB 7's series after 18 months.

Tietjens said that the players stood up to the test in both days of the Dubai 7's and is confident that most of the younger players in the team now know how does it feel to win a IRB 7's tournament.
