Defending Colonial Cup champion, Stallions are on track to becoming the first team to win the title 3 years in a row as they lead the points table after the second round of competition with 9 points.

After scoring a bonus point 31-8 win against the Roosters the Reverend Joji Rinakama coached side will only need a win next weekend against the Knights to book a spot in the semi-final.

Next Saturday will be a challenge for the side as they will play away from home for the first time, travelling to Levuka to face the Knights.

In second place on the points table are the Highlanders with 6 points followed by the Knights on 5 while the Crusaders are 4th with 4 points.

The Sharks have 3 points while the Roosters are at the bottom with 1 point
