The Digicel Fiji 7s team will have to work really hard on its defense if they are to bring back the Melrose Cup from Dubai.
Iliesa Tanivula's team played two warm-up matches against Japan and Kenya, and there were a few areas including defense highlighted as the weak point.
One of the team's most experienced players Vilimoni Delasau speaking from Dubai said Kenya really tested them last night and now their focus is to work on the weak areas.
Delasau said if they are able to work on their weak points, then Fiji will go all the way in lifting the Cup on Sunday morning.
Meanwhile, Kenya team captain Humphrey Kayange said their team's target is to create history by winning the World Cup.
The Rugby World Cup Sevens officially kicks off on Friday at 1am with the opening match between Wales and Zimbabwe.
Fiji will open their campaign against Georgia at 4:16am.
