Since the change in Hierarchy of the Fiji Police there has been an overall decrease in Crime with only one area of concern being Robbery with Violence for the months of July and August this year.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime, ASP Nasir Ali said the major concern for them is the offenders who are released on bail.
Ali said the Operation Clean Sweep will kick off in the greater Suva area today then Police will move to the Western Division by next week.
