The Court Case to determine the legality or otherwise of the events of December 5th, 2006 had to be adjourned yet again in the last hour as the lawyers have not been able to come to an agreement on the evidence to be given by Qarase in Court today.

One of the lawyers representing the state, QC Guy Reynolds told the three presiding judges that they still need to discuss with Qarase's lawyers on the details of evidence to be given so that they can prepare for cross examination.

Judge Justice Anthony Gates stressed that they are anxious to get on with the case however, they can't allow the counsels to proceed as there are no perimeters set between counsels on the evidence to be provided by Qarase to the courts.

Judge Gates stressed they must put together a consent order on the evidence to be provided and clearly outline what is the relevant evidence that they as judges need to consider and the matters that the judges will need to rule on.

The counsels have to report to the judges this hour on the progress made on the consent order before it is decided when the case will continue.
