Police have revealed that the 52-year-old woman who passed away last night at the CWM hospital, received more than 80 percent burns after the Sigatoka bus accident on Thursday night.
Director Traffic, SSP Ramend Raj said the woman who is from Levuka was unconscious after the accident. She was transferred to the CWM hospital last Friday.
Police are in the process of informing her relatives after which the post mortem is expected to be conducted.
Meanwhile, a young boy who received more than 50 percent burns is still admitted at the CWM hospital.
SSP Raj said his condition is serious.
Three other people are also admitted at the Sigatoka hospital.
The death toll for the Sigatoka bus crash is now 11.

The death toll count for the Sigatoka bus crash has gone up to 11 after another woman who sustained serious burns passed away at the CWM hospital.
Director Traffic SSP Ramend Raj had confirmed the woman passed away last night.
