A dead body was discovered in Labasa Town this morning.
Divisional Crime Officer Northern ASP Luke Rawalai told Village News that the body, that of a male Fijian, was discovered along the tramline in Labasa Town earlier this morning.
Rawalai also said some body parts were missing and police believe he was crushed under a locomotive.
They are still trying to establish the identity of the body as police investigations are underway.
