Davetalevu misses out on Hottest 7s title
In a game of contrasting styles, Malaysia based SRC Borneo Eagles used speed and clever stepping to overcome a more powerful Davetalevu and became only the second team to win the Heineken Hottest 7s titles back to back.
Fiji’s South Sea drifters, made of the Digicel Fiji 7s team players went down to SRC Borneo Eagles in the semi-final by 19-17.
