Former Vodafone Fiji 7s player Jona Tuitoga and current 7s playmaker Emosi Mulevoro will feature for World Club 7s champion Davetalevu at the upcoming Bayleys Coral Coast 7s tournament.

This was confirmed to Fijivillage by team manager Ati Deku as the side is hoping to win their first ever Coral Coast 7s title.

Deku said Tuitoga makes a return to the 7s scene after a short stint with the Borneo Eagles rugby team while Emosi Mulevoro replaces Jerry Tuwai who will not feature in the tournament as 7s coach Ben Ryan has asked him to rest.

Deku added with the depth of experienced players in the side, he is confident of a good outing from the players.

Other star players that will feature for the side include Apisai Domolailai, Viliame Mata, Eremasi Radrodro, Emosi Vucago, Savenaca Rawaca, Leveni Tani and Levani Kurumudu.

Davetalevu heads Pool B alongside Sigatoka River Safari, Go Advertising Waitabasaga and Tappoo Ratu Filise.

The Bayley’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s kicks off at 8.30am next Thursday with Gecko's Lomaiviti taking on Red Rock in the first pool match.
