The dates are now confirmed for the trial filed by Laisenia Qarase against Commodore Frank Bainimarama and the military.
The High Court Judges , Justice Anthony Gates, Justice John Bryne and Justice Davendra Pathik presiding over the case will sit for a pre-trial conference and the interlocutory hearing on Tuesday the 29th of January, 2008.
The Leading Counsels, that is Qarase's QC Nye Perram and State QC Gerrard McCoy, must attend this pre-trial to clarify matters regarding the case.
Meanwhile, the trial proper date is now set to be heard on the 4th of March 2008 in the Supreme Court.
