The Court of Arbitration for Sports has set the date to hear Fiji's appeal against the Commonwealth Games Federation decision for the expulsion from this year=s Commonwealth Games in India.

Because Fiji has been suspended from the organisation, the organisation's leaders have decided it is ineligible to participate in Commonwealth Sporting Events.

FASANOC President, Vidhya Lakhan has been informed that the court has set a tentative date to hear Fiji's case on March 23rd in Switzerland.

Lakhan who is away overseas, earlier said that the decision made, will be informed to him by the end of the month.

The Delhi Games will be held in October.
