Former NLTB board member and current Fiji Rugby Union CEO Keni Dakuidrekti has been granted permission by High Court Judge Justice Priyentha Fernando to travel for a meeting in Los Angeles.

Dakuidreketi's lawyer Wylie Clark made the application this morning and Justice Fernando ruled that considering the importance of the meeting, Dakuidreketi will be permitted to travel, however on strict conditions.

Jusitce Fernando ordered that Dakuidreketi is to hand over his passport to the court on March 12th after he returns on the 11th.

FICAC Lawyer Laisa Lagilevu requested for an assurity and a confirmed itinerary.

Sakiusa Raivoce acted as Dakuidreketi=s assurity on a sum of $20,000.

Dakuidreketi is jointly charged with former NLTB General Manager kalivati Bakani and Alanieta Vakatale with one count of abuse of office for allegedly trying to defraud the NLTB.
