The Marama Roko Tui Dreketi, Ro Temumu Kepa's charge on inciting to disobedience of the law has been amended by the DPP's office.
Ro Temumu appeared in court on the 6th of this month where amendments were made.
The new charge now is conspiracy to affect an unlawful purpose namely the disobedience of lawful order.
She will appear on the 26th of this month at the Suva Magistrates Court.
