The file of a former senior civil servant will soon be handed to the DPP's office for his alleged involvement in the multimillion dollar Agriculture scam.
Police have confirmed that the former civil servant who was a director in one of the government ministries had been questioned and they are compiling all the necessary documents before handing it to the DPP's office for an assessment.
A senior investigator had confirmed the files in relation to the $16 million Agriculture Scam are still open and a number of people are under investigation.
According to police some business people will also be questioned for their alleged involvement in the scam.
