DISMAC is currently monitoring the situation and taking its cue from the Nadi Weather Office.
Acting Director Pajiliai Dobui said their centres have been activated and if need be then their evacuation centres will open.
Dobui added if people have been experiencing heavy rain all night and are vulnerable to flooding, they are to move to higher ground today.
