The National Disaster Management Office is awaiting the report of the Commissioner Eastern before they can go into the different villages which will be needing assistance.
Director NDMO Akapusi Tuifagalele says they are expected to receive the report soon.
Tuifagalele says the Commissioner Eastern has requested all village headman's to submit their initial damage assessment.
He says once they receive the initial damage assessment a team will be sent to provide a detail sectorial assessment.
Tuifagalele adds the team will consist of the different ministries which will also be taking supplies.
