Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions, Ashishna Prasad said the DPP is yet to receive the file from police regarding the 6 men charged with treason, inciting to mutiny and conspiracy to commit murder.

She said serious charges like murder, treason and inciting to mutiny will only be tried in the High court and the DPP is yet to receive the file to consider the evidence.

Prasad said she could not comment further on the case since the file is not with them.
