Bad news for Crusaders fans as inspirational skipper Richie McCaw will not be available for Super Rugby for quite some time.
Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said that the Crusaders are working under the mindset that they won’t have McCaw back for some time yet.
McCaw’s return to Super Rugby would be a welcome boost for the Crusaders who have struggled to gain form and momentum so far this season.
The Crusaders will host the Cheetahs at their new stadium this Saturday at 6:35pm.
Meanwhile, on Friday the Blues take on the Hurricanes at 6.35pm and later at 8.40pm the Rebels meet the Force.
