The Crusaders are remaining tight lipped over speculation that All Blacks captain Richie McCaw will make his return to Super Rugby in July.

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder downplayed those comments at Crusaders training yesterday ahead of their clash against the Waratahs in Christchurch tonight.

The Crusaders have played the Waratahs 19 times in Super Rugby and have won 15 of those clashes.

Overall the Crusaders have won 79% of their matches against the Waratahs including the last 10 consecutive matches.

Out of the 19 matches the Waratahs have only beaten the Crusaders four times.

The last time the Waratahs beat the Crusaders was in February 2004.

The Crusaders and Waratahs clash kicks off at 7.35 tonight while the Brumbies face the Hurricanes at 9.40pm.
