Crusaders coach, Todd Blackadder said his side is ready to contain Reds flyhalf Quade Cooper ahead of tomorrow's Super Rugby playoff against the Reds.

Cooper has made more offloads in the competition this year than any other player.

Blackadder said Cooper tries to get his guys over the advantage line and he is a very unpredictable player and that is what makes him so threatening.

He told TVNZ the Crusaders now have the All Blacks captain, Richie McCaw on the bench and this a good thing for them going into this crucial encounter.

Meanwhile, Quade Copper told the ABC that he will not let this opportunity just go like this as he has a lot to prove.

The Crusaders will host the Reds at 7.35pm tomorrow while the Brumbies will play the Cheetahs at 6.10pm Sunday.
