The Crusaders have named their team to face the Hurricanes in Super rugby with Israel Dagg returning to his regular position of fullback.

Dagg started at centre against the Blues last week but was unable to make an impression.

Coach Todd Blackadder has made three changes to the starting fifteen that played the Blues last weekend.

The other changes are the return of Johnny McNicholl as he has recovered from injury and joins Tom Marshall on the wing.

The move means that Adam Whitelock and Tom Taylor drop down to the bench

In the forward pack Dominic Bird, who had an impressive debut super rugby game last week, steps in for Luke Romano who is out with a rib injury.

The game will also see former team mates and brothers Owen and Ben Franks come head to head for the first time.

The Crusaders and the Hurricanes match kicks off 6.30pm on Friday.
