The Crusaders will miss the Super Rugby playoffs this year after the Waratahs and the Brumbies both scored bonus point victories over the weekend.

The Waratahs beat the Cheetahs 58-33 while the Brumbies beat the Western Force 33-20 to qualify for the playoffs.

The Chiefs have also secured a place in the Super Rugby playoffs by beating the Reds 24-3.

The Rebels ended the Super Rugby playoff hopes of the Bulls with a nail biting 21-20 victory while the Stormers won the South African Conference and qualified for the Super Rugby playoffs after a 19-all draw with the Lions yesterday.

The Hurricanes and the Highlanders have also qualified for the playoffs.

In the final round of matches this week, the Blues will host the Highlanders at 7.35pm Friday while the Rebels will take on the Force at 9.40pm.

On Saturday, the Brumbies will host the Crusaders at 5.30pm, the Chiefs will take on the Hurricanes at 7.35pm while the Waratahs will face the Reds at 9.40pm.

On Sunday, the Bulls will take on the Cheetahs at 3.05am while the Sharks will face the Stormers at 5.10am.
