The Crusaders head for South Africa from Sydney today to make an early start to preparations for their Super Rugby semi final against Stormers.
Even Sharks coach John Plumtree say it's not as hard to adjust going to South Africa as it is coming to New Zealand.
Plumtree said the Crusaders are capable of finishing their earthquake affected season by beating the Stormers.
Crusaders and Stormers match kicks off 3:05am this Sunday.
In the first semifinal Blues take on Reds at 9:40pm this Saturday.
