It is highly likely the Crusaders will be playing on Rugby League turf for the next Super Rugby season instead of at Rugby Park.
With AMI Stadium still being assessed, Rugby League Park in Addington will undergo a complete overhaul to be ready in time for the 2012 season.
Both stands and the embankment will be ripped down, the turf will be relayed and a brand new 25,000 capacity temporary stadium is expected to be built.
