All Blacks first five-eighth Aaron Cruden and veteran hooker Andrew Hore have been named to start the Rugby Championship Test against Argentina in La Plata on Sunday.

Cruden has not featured for the All Blacks since he suffered a knee injury against the Wallabies in Sydney last month and his return boosts a team which has seen their first fives dropping like flies this season.

With another veteran, Keven Mealamu, on the bench, the All Blacks have opted to rest youngster Dane Coles with one eye on the likely Rugby Championship decider against the Springboks.

The Wallabies will play the Springboks at 3am this Sunday while Argentina face the All Blacks at 10.40am.
