It would be difficult for Fiji to win the IRB 7’s series title this year if they will not do well this weekend.
In the USA 7's pool draws, if Fiji win all their pool games, they are likely to meet either France, Wales or South Africa in the quarterfinal and in the semifinal, they could meet England.
On the other side if Fiji comes in second place then a win in their quarterfinal will see them meet New Zealand in the semifinal.
Assistant Coach, Etuate Waqa said that the focus for his players is to treat all teams with equal respect although NZ is still the team to beat.
Currently NZ leads with 73 points, Fiji is in second place with 70 and England in third spot with 64 points.
The USA 7's is for 3 days and will start tomorrow at 12pm with Fiji taking on Argentina, at 2.56pm Fiji will face host USA and on Sunday at 9.06am Fiji will take on Canada.
