Concerns have been raised by Fiji’s top rugby referee James Bolabiu on some areas of the game before another round of the Digicel Cup kicks off tomorrow.
Bolabiu said after the first round of competition, he witnessed some critical areas which need improvement.
Bolabiu, who will be officiating at the Rugby World Cup 7s this year, added foul play is another major area of concern and the referees will not tolerate it this year after a directive from the IRB.
In the matches tomorrow, Lautoka will face Tailevu, Nadi will host Naitasiri, Nadroga will take on Vatukoula, Northland will play Suva, Tavua is up against Ovalau and Macuata will play Namosi.
