Police Director Traffic SSP Mahesh Mishra has revealed that the Courts will be treating all cases of drivers not adhering to road rules seriously.
Mishra said Police have asked the court to take serious action against drivers who are involved in fatal accidents, drunk and driving, speeding as well as other road offences.
He adds actions such as strict bail conditions and curfews will b set to ensure that it will be a deterrent to other drivers not to break road rules, as the lives of others are put in danger because of the carelessness of some drivers.
