The Courts around the country remain closed for the second day today.

A notice at the various registries states that all cases listed for today will be deferred for one month.

It has also been confirmed that the Senior Court clerks may be called in to handle bail and custody cases for the time being.

Meanwhile, police officers remain stationed at the Director of Public Prosecutions Office in Suva.

Police Officers are also at the Fiji Human Rights Commission Office but the Office is open for operations today.
